Check out the new video on You-tube on the milestone of running the motor on 24 volts!
This is the start of my additional dashboard to house an HD radio and ammeter and volt meter for the pack. Out of stainless, the 5 small holes will be for 5 lighted toggle switches for extra lights and meter controls.
This is the acrylic panel I am using to mount the contactors. The left one to come on with the ignition switch, and the right one to come on with pot box and accelerator pedel through a 30 amp relay.
These are the start of my collection of 12 volt batteries from auto parts stores. Load tested checked water level, about half of what I bring home hold a charge. Paid core deposits, as they poop out they will swap them out again for more batteries. These should surfice till I find out if this big petre dish of wires is going to actually work. So far I have invested $60 in my first 12 batteries.
